Dr. Brown recieved his Ph.D. in Computational Quantum chemistry from the University of Georgia at the Center for Computational Quantum Chemistry where he completed his dissertation, "The Study of Renner-Teller Excited States with Equation of Motion Coupled Cluster Theory." His primary duties at Q-Chem, Inc. include the development of incDFT, general improvements to the density functional second derviative code, and system administration.
